We offer a free, no-obligation, detailed Current Market Appraisal on your home. We compare your home to similar homes in your area that have recently listed and sold. We value your home at comparable market rates, and provide you with a detailed report.

Using the Internet:
A strong online Internet presence is a must in today¡¯s real estate market. At least 75% of buyers are using the Internet to do an initial search. We are updated every hour with all new listings on the MLS. Our new listings immediately appear on many websites, including our own and the MLS. Within hours of listing with us, buyers everywhere will find your home for sale if it fits their search criteria. We always include numerous high-quality colour photos of the outside and inside of your home, and virtual tours, and down-loadable floorplans so buyers can get excited before they view the property.

Pricing It Right:
You want your home to be priced correctly. You want the maximum possible price. However, if the list price is too high, it may not attract the right buyers.
